A second version of SALUMIFICIO MARCHISIO Cooked Loin is made with the addition of Barolo wine, traditional product from Langa hills region. The pork loin cut is steam cooked and then left to infuse in Barolo red wine. This process gives the meat a delicate hint of Barolo wine.
