It was 1958 when, in the heart of Cuneo region, a land rich of noble wine and food traditions, Cav. Giuseppe Marchisio gave life to his new activity. Since then, the company philosophy maintains alive the typical care of artisan manufacturing to offer high quality, savoury products.

In 1969, the activity shifts to a new factory in Pianfei, where Salumificio Marchisio is located since. When Claudio and Nadia Marchisio, son and daughter of Giuseppe, take over the management, the company name and image see a substantial strengthening and renewing. The upgrade of the company is necessary to follow the evolutions of the food market, but it is carried out in full respect of the Piedmont traditions.

The long artisan experience and tradition is indeed the secret for a success that lasts over time.
